- Forum Registration: Onsite registration is open until September 10, 2024, for up to 200 attendees. Registration may be available on the day of the forum if there are vacant spots. Online registration will be open until September 5, 2024.
- Payment: The forum fee must be paid after completing registration and before the event. A registration confirmation email will only be sent after payment has been completed.
- Receipts/QR Code: Onsite attendees will receive a QR code after payment, which can be exchanged for a forum badge. Online attendees will receive receipts via email within one week after payment.
- Accuracy of Information: Please ensure all registered information is correct. Incorrect information may result in declined check-in on the forum day.
- Onsite Check-in: Please present the QR code provided in the confirmation email at the registration counter to receive your forum badge.
- Online Attendees: The online forum will be streamed through NOVATAP, and the link will be provided three days prior to the forum.
- Personal Data: By registering for the forum, participants agree to the collection and use of personal data for conference purposes.
- Recording: Both audio and video recording during the conference are strictly prohibited.
- Refund Policy: Please note that this forum is non-refundable. However, in the case of unexpected events such as natural disasters or typhoons, the event will be either postponed or canceled. The organizers will announce any changes before the forum.
